Thank you for choosing LéBee Lingerie, the intimate side of LéBee Beauty. We have made a considerable effort to ensure our customer orders are shipped in a timely manner and delivered to your door as quickly as possible.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
  • EMS* is typically delivered within 12-20 business days.
  • U.S orders are eligible for FREE shipping.
  • Orders are not processed on public holidays. Please note that orders may take longer for delivery during certain holiday seasons, e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year, or New Years, etc.

*The EMS shipping is the standard shipping to U.S orders. LéBee is not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit. By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the terms of shipping. If your package has not arrived in 6 weeks, please contact LéBee Lingerie.

Email confirmations will be sent to you once your order has been authorized and verified. A confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all merchandise excluding Final Sale Items within 15 days from delivery date. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn with tag affixed, unwashed, and original receipt or email order confirmation must be with your returned item. LéBee Lingerie / LéBee Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet hygiene and health standards.

If items in your order is defected or incorrect please contact LéBee immediately at info@lebeebeauty.com. To start a return process, simply contact customer service at info@lebeebeauty.com and indicate you want to return an item and we will email you a Return Authorization code with instructions.

We offer free shipping on all items across the LéBee Site(s). The cost to return your items to LéBee will be the responsibility of you, the Customer. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance as LéBee Beauty or AY Brands Co. will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once merchandise has been received, inspected for hygiene and health standards, and all documentation is satisfied; upon approval, we will issue a full product refund or exchange for the same or like item. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days and you will be notified when your credit has been issued or your exchanged item has shipped. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment only. Note that some items cannot be returned or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the 15 days have lapsed, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. The address on your order package is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
